Telerehabilitation Occupational Therapy: Administrative Tools and Marketing Materials

Telerehabilitation is an emerging area of occupational therapy practice with evidence-based outcomes. This consolidation of reference material provides information that can serve as a framework for institutions that would like to implement a clinical telerehabilitation occupational therapy program. Downloadable content includes administrative tools, clinical protocol guides, sample marketing materials, and other resources.

Many of the included resources were originally created for a specialized stroke telerehabilitation occupational therapy program and implemented within the MUSC hospital system. These materials can be referenced and used as a foundation for developing other telerehabilitation programs. All administrative patient-management documents have been generalized so that they can be adapted and used across clinical systems or electronic medical record platforms.

Also available is an Epic documentation package that can accompany the administrative tools. Rights to the Epic-specific tools are retained by the Epic Corporation. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
